The Transportation Department is honored to award Jackson Franks Employee of the Month for April.
Jackson entered the driver training program in June of 2016 and earned his CDL in October of 2016. Since then, Jackson has been the definition of a professional driver. His work ethic is second to none, which coincides with his great attitude. Multiple customers have given us rave reviews for Jackson’s professionalism. This comes as no surprise to our staff, which gets the pleasure of working with him on a day to day basis.
Jackson is assigned route 760, Wendy’s to New Jersey and route 338, Wendy’s to Massachusetts. He is also very proactive with volunteering for extra work. Jackson has done four extra routes since the beginning of the year. Actions like this have greatly helped out the entire Transportation Department over the past few months.
Since October, Jackson has completed 57 routes, 45 of which have resulted in perfect trucks. He has been on time 94% of the time, which is even more impressive when you consider some of the harsh weather the northeast region has experienced recently. He has delivered 57,850 cases, with not one of them being damaged. In addition, Jackson has been accident free since he earned his CDL back in the fall of 2016.
For all these reason and more, we are very proud to award Jackson Franks the honor of Employee of the Month.
