%3Cp%20class=%22MsoNormal%22%20style=%22text-align:%20center;%22%20align=%22center%22%3E%3Cspan%20style=%22font-size:%2016pt;%20line-height:%20107%25;%20font-family:%20'Trebuchet%20MS',%20sans-serif;%22%3EBrant%20Harris%20started%20working%20for%20Willow%20Run%20Foods%20in%20September%202022%20as%20a%20Dry%20Picker.%20Within%20a%20short%20time,%20Brant%20had%20proved%20that%20he%20was%20hard%20working,%20accurate,%20and%20reliable.%20%3Cspan%20style=%22mso-spacerun:%20yes;%22%3E %3C/span%3EHaving%20these%20three%20positive%20attributes%20made%20him%20a%20perfect%20candidate%20when%20a%20cooler%20picking%20position%20opened.%3Cspan%20style=%22mso-spacerun:%20yes;%22%3E %20%3C/span%3EBrant%20gladly%20accepted%20the%20new%20challenge%20and%20that%20is%20where%20he%20began%20to%20shine%20as%20a%20future%20star.%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%20class=%22MsoNormal%22%20style=%22text-align:%20center;%22%20align=%22center%22%3E%3Cspan%20style=%22font-size:%2016pt;%20line-height:%20107%25;%20font-family:%20'Trebuchet%20MS',%20sans-serif;%22%3EAs%20a%20Cooler%20Picker,%20Brant%20continued%20his%20hard%20work.%3Cspan%20style=%22mso-spacerun:%20yes;%22%3E %20%3C/span%3EHe%20started%20selecting%20more%20and%20more%20trucks%20each%20week%20until%20he%20caught%20up%20with%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20top%20cooler%20pickers.%20%3Cspan%20style=%22mso-spacerun:%20yes;%22%3E %3C/span%3EBrant%20continued%20in%20his%20accuracy%20as%20well.%20%3Cspan%20style=%22mso-spacerun:%20yes;%22%3E %3C/span%3EHis%20errors%20are%20continuously%20well%20under%20one%20error%20per%20one%20thousand%20cases%20picked.%20%3Cspan%20style=%22mso-spacerun:%20yes;%22%3E %3C/span%3EAlso,%20as%20far%20as%20reliability%20is%20concerned,%20that%20has%20not%20changed.%20%3Cspan%20style=%22mso-spacerun:%20yes;%22%3E %3C/span%3EBrant%20comes%20to%20work%20on%20time%20every%20day%20he%20is%20scheduled,%20is%20always%20willing%20to%20pick%20up%20or%20change%20shifts%20when%20needed%20and%20is%20always%20available%20to%20take%20more%20work%20at%20the%20end%20of%20the%20day%20when%20the%20Team%20Leaders%20and%20I%20are%20looking%20for%20volunteers.%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%20class=%22MsoNormal%22%20style=%22text-align:%20center;%22%20align=%22center%22%3E%3Cspan%20style=%22font-size:%2016pt;%20line-height:%20107%25;%20font-family:%20'Trebuchet%20MS',%20sans-serif;%22%3EBrant’s%20attitude%20is%20excellent.%20%3Cspan%20style=%22mso-spacerun:%20yes;%22%3E %3C/span%3EHe%20loves%20his%20job%20and%20gets%20along%20well%20with%20everyone.%20%3Cspan%20style=%22mso-spacerun:%20yes;%22%3E %3C/span%3EOn%20the%20hardest%20days,%20Brant%20offers%20a%20helping%20hand%20and%20encouragement%20to%20his%20teammates.%20Everyone%20who%20knows%20Brant%20likes%20him.%20%3Cspan%20style=%22mso-spacerun:%20yes;%22%3E %3C/span%3EHe%20is%20funny,%20has%20an%20upbeat%20personality,%20and%20is%20a%20real%20pleasure%20to%20work%20with.%20%3Cspan%20style=%22mso-spacerun:%20yes;%22%3E %3C/span%3EFor%20these%20reasons%20and%20so%20many%20more,%20I%20would%20like%20to%20award%20Brant%20the%20honor%20of%20September’s%20Employee%20of%20the%20Month.%3Cspan%20style=%22mso-spacerun:%20yes;%22%3E %20%3C/span%3ECongratulations!%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E
