%3Cp%3EIt%20is%20with%20great%20pride%20to%20award%20Greg%20Swartz%20with%20Employee%20of%20the%20Month%20for%20January!%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%3EGreg%20joined%20Willow%20Run%20on%20February%2020,%202009%20as%20a%20Dry%20Picker%20for%20the%20Night%20warehouse.%20After%20many%20years%20of%20being%20one%20of%20the%20top%20performing%20selectors,%20Greg%20transitioned%20to%20the%20Day%20warehouse%20in%20October%202020.%20We%20were%20heavy%20with%20cooler%20storage%20business%20at%20that%20time%20and%20Greg%20was%20responsible%20for%20picking%20the%20outbound%20orders%20and%20staging%20them%20for%20loading.%20In%20recent%20years%20Greg’s%20responsibilities%20have%20expanded%20into%20the%20Dry%20section.%20He%20picks%20dry%20storage%20product%20for%20outbound%20orders%20as%20well%20as%20picking%20the%20dry%20and%20cooler%20products%20for%20the%20School%20business.%20Greg%20also%20unloads%20a%20large%20portion%20of%20our%20returning%20Wendy’s%20trailers%20and%20handles%20any%20item%20returns%20that%20come%20back.%20He%20often%20helps%20unload%20over-the-road%20deliveries%20and%20deals%20with%20any%20breakdown%20of%20product%20by%20hand%20or%20using%20the%20clamp%20machine.%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%3EGreg%20has%20some%20great%20qualities%20that%20make%20him%20valuable%20to%20Willow%20Run.%20He%20works%20hard%20every%20day%20and%20maintains%20a%20fast%20pace%20to%20help%20get%20all%20his%20tasks%20done%20then%20moves%20on%20to%20wherever%20he%20may%20be%20needed%20next.%20Greg%20will%20often%20pick%20a%20Wendy’s%20truck%20in%20the%20afternoon%20after%20his%20normal%20workload%20is%20finished.%20He%20always%20likes%20to%20stay%20busy.%20Greg%20will%20also%20volunteer%20to%20help%20cover%20weekends%20that%20are%20shorthanded%20or%20overloaded%20with%20deliveries.%20Not%20many%20people%20are%20willing%20to%20sacrifice%20a%20weekend%20day%20off%20and%20we%20really%20appreciate%20it.%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp%3EGreg%20has%20proven%20to%20be%20a%20great%20asset%20to%20Willow%20Run%20Foods%20and%20we%20believe%20he%20is%20a%20great%20choice%20for%20Employee%20of%20the%20Month!%3C/p%3E
